Anxiety

My entire body shakes. 
My breathing becomes rapid.
I feel like I can’t catch my breath.
I hear my heart pounding in my chest.
I look for a way out, but I’m trapped. 
My hands shake.
I feel the shaking all over my body.
I try to calm myself.
And breathe.
Just to breathe.
